Short Information: The High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi has officially declared the **Written Exam Result** for the recruitment of Assistants (Clerks) in the High Court. Candidates who appeared for the examination on **20 July 2025** can now download the PDF of shortlisted candidates eligible for the next stage (Computer Skill Test).

Latest Update: The **Result PDF** has been uploaded on **16 December 2025**. The list contains the Roll Numbers of candidates qualified for the Computer Proficiency Test and Typing Test, which is expected to be held in **January 2026**.

The final merit list is usually prepared based on the marks obtained in the Written Exam + Interview, provided you qualify the Skill Test.

📖 2. Computer Skill Test Pattern

Qualifying Nature (100 Marks | 5 Min Typing):

  • Typing Speed: Minimum **20 words per minute (WPM)** in English. (Approx 100 words passage).
  • Accuracy: Typing error tolerance is usually low (check instructions).
  • Proficiency Test: Questions on MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer usage might be asked to check functional knowledge.

🎯 3. Interview Strategy

Viva-Voce (15 Marks): Once you clear the Skill Test, you face the Interview. Questions will revolve around:
1. **General Knowledge:** Current Affairs (Jharkhand specific).
2. **Legal Basics:** Basic understanding of court procedures.
3. **Personality:** Why you want to join the High Court.
