📢 1. Blog Analysis

Admit Card Instructions: Check your Exam Center location carefully. Since this is a state-level exam, centers are often in different districts. Ensure your Photo and Signature are clearly visible on the Admit Card. If not, carry 2 passport-size photos and an ID proof to the center.

📖 2. Exam Pattern & Syllabus

Single Paper (150 Questions | 120 Minutes):

  • Part 1: General Studies (GS): 30 Questions (History, Geography, UP Special, Current Affairs).
  • Part 2: Main Subject: 120 Questions (Hindi, English, Math, Science, Social Sci, etc.).

Note: Total Marks = 150. Selection is based purely on this written exam merit.

🎯 3. Last Minute Strategy

1. Subject Dominance: Since 120 questions are from your subject, spend 90% of your revision time here. This is the rank decider.
2. GS Cutoff: Don’t ignore GS completely; you need a decent score to clear the overall merit. Focus on “UP Special GK” and last 6 months’ Current Affairs.
3. Negative Marking: Beware of 1/3rd negative marking. Attempt only if 100% sure.
