Short Information: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the **Mains Score Card** and **Interview Call Letter** for the Probationary Officer (PO/MT-XV) Recruitment 2025. Candidates who qualified the Mains exam can now download their scorecards and interview hall tickets for the 5,208 vacancies.

📢 1. Blog Analysis
Selection Insight: The Mains Score Card reveals your marks in the written test (out of 225). These marks will be converted to a scale of 80 for the final merit list. The Interview carries 20 weightage (100 marks converted to 20). If you have scored just above the cutoff, you need a high score (80+) in the interview to secure a final berth.

The Interview Panel evaluates:
- Banking Awareness: Repo Rate, Inflation, NPA, Priority Sector Lending.
- Personal Profile: Bio-data questions (Why Banking? Background?).
- Situational Qs: How would you handle a difficult customer?
- Current Affairs: Recent financial news (Budget, G20, etc.).
🎯 3. Interview Strategy
1. Document Readiness: Ensure you have the specific valid Caste Certificate (as per central format) and Degree Certificate. Missing documents lead to immediate rejection.
2. Dress Code: Formals are mandatory. Light shirt and dark trousers for men; Saree/Suit or formal shirt-trousers for women.
3. Honesty: If you don’t know an answer, politely say “I don’t know.” Do not bluff.
