Candidates who qualified the Mains Exam can now check their marks and download the Hall Ticket for the Interview round.

📢 1. Blog Analysis
Merit Calculation: The marks obtained in the **Mains Exam (out of 225)** are converted to 80 marks. The **Interview** carries 100 marks, which are converted to 20 marks. The final merit list is prepared out of 100 (80+20). Even if your Mains score is low, a high score in the Interview (above 85/100) can still secure your final selection.
📖 2. Interview Process & Documents
Checklist for Interview:
- Call Letter: Printout of the Interview Admit Card.
- Application Form: Printout of the registered application (reprint link usually active).
- Certificates: Original Degree, 10th/12th Marksheets, and Caste Certificate (Central Format) are mandatory.
- Identity Proof: PAN Card / Aadhar / Passport.
🎯 3. Interview Strategy
1. Banking Awareness: Be ready for questions on **NPA, Repo Rate, Digital Banking, and Priority Sector Lending**.
2. Bio-Data: 60% of questions will be from your background (Introduction, Why Banking?, Gap Years).
3. Confidence: Maintain eye contact and proper posture. Say “No” politely if you don’t know an answer.
