The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Admit Card for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Examination, 2025 (Paper-I). Candidates who applied for the 1,731 vacancies can now download their region-wise Hall Tickets from the official website. The Paper-I Computer Based Examination (CBE) is scheduled to be conducted from 03 December to 06 December 2025.

The SSC JE Paper-I is the first gateway for engineering graduates. With the exam starting from 03 December, candidates must note that the “Application Status” and “City Intimation Slip” were released earlier in late November. The final Admit Card (which mentions the exact exam center) is usually available 3-4 days before your specific exam date. Be mindful of the Negative Marking of 0.25 marks. How to Download Admit Card
- Step 1: Visit the official website ssc.gov.in or your specific Regional Website (NR, CR, MPR, etc.).
- Step 2: Click on the “Admit Card” tab.
- Step 3: Select the link “Download e-Admit Card for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Examination, 2025”.
- Step 4: Enter your Registration ID and Date of Birth.
- Step 5: Click “Search” and download your Hall Ticket.
🧠 Important Instructions
- Mandatory Documents: Carry a printed copy of the Admit Card and an Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License) having the same Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card.
- Reporting Time: Candidates must reach the center at least 60 minutes before the exam time for frisking and biometric registration.
- Prohibited Items: Electronic gadgets, watches, books, and bags are not allowed inside the examination hall.
