Short Information: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the **Detailed Application Form (DAF)** for the Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services (Mains) Exam 2025. Candidates who qualified the Prelims Exam (Result declared on 01 Dec) must now fill this form and pay the Mains exam fee to appear for the written examination.

Latest Update: The **Mains Online Form** link is active from **12 December 2025**. Candidates must complete the online submission and fee payment by **28 December 2025**. *Submission of hard copies to the commission office is also mandatory.*

📚 How to Fill Mains Form (DAF)
  • Step 1: Click on the “Apply Mains Form” link below.
  • Step 2: Login using your **Prelims Registration Number**, DOB, and Gender.
  • Step 3: Pay the Mains Examination Fee via SBI MOPS.
  • Step 4: Fill in the **Exam Center Preference** (Prayagraj, Lucknow, Ghaziabad) and upload any updated documents if asked.
  • Step 5: **Important:** Print the final form, attach self-attested copies of all marksheets (10th to Graduation), Caste Certificate, etc., and send it to the UPPSC Prayagraj office by Speed Post/Hand before **04 Jan 2026**.

Total 1500 Marks | Descriptive Type:

  • General Hindi: 150 Marks.
  • Essay: 150 Marks.
  • GS Papers (1 to 4): 200 Marks each (Standard GS topics).
  • GS Papers (5 & 6): 200 Marks each (Exclusively on **Uttar Pradesh** GK).
  • Note: Optional Subjects have been removed.

🎯 3. Important Documents to Send

1. Envelope Label: Paste the address slip generated after online submission on the envelope.
2. Attachments: Self-attested copies of 10th, 12th, Graduation Year-wise marksheets, Degree, Caste Certificate (if applicable), and Domicile Certificate.
3. Deadline: Ensure it reaches UPPSC Prayagraj by 5:00 PM on the last date.
